Last Year’s Clothes Don’t Fit?
Are you worried about a gradual increase of body weight?

Excess body fat/obesity can lead to many health problems, none are easy to treat, all are expensive, and some can be very painful, physically as well as mentally.
Change is the only solution to stop this unhealthy trend.

Change requires awareness, acceptance, understanding, willpower, determination, motivation and commitment, as well as support and guidance.
